A new Subnautics game is already in development

This seems like Unknown Worlds is already working on the next Discovering game . By means of a work request, it has been discovered that a new delivery in this series of survival could be closer than thought.

Through your official Twitter account, UNKNOWN WORLDS published a work request for Senior narrative designer, which has the task of "helping to shape the next game in the universe of Subnautica." This was what It was commented on this:

"The successful candidate will closely collaborate with the team to tell convincing and dramatic stories in the context of the game experience, at the same time that it defines the history and tradition of a new world of science fiction and its extraterrestrial inhabitants."

At the moment it is unknown if we will see a third completely new delivery, or if a DLC has become its own project, as what happened with Subnautica: Below Zero. Although at the moment there is no official announcement on the part of the developers, these are good news for the Fans of the Series , and it is likely that it is only a matter of time before seeing something more concrete.

These are very good news. The second title was one of my favorite games of 2021, and I hope that the next delivery continues to offer the terror to the sea, but with the history and tools to face these problems.
