FIFA 22: Live Tuning Update 4 - Modified the defensive efficacy of the HIA

EA Sports announced that Live Tuning Update 4 for FIFA 22 will be available shortly for PlayStation 5 platforms, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PC (Origin / Steam) and Stadia.

Live Tuning allows you to implement some changes without releasing a complete title update. This can allow Electronic Arts to make changes faster and more frequently as the developers work on the balance of the game.

The new Live Tuning makes changes to the gameplay and will soon be available for FIFA 22. Below is the list of changes.

• The distance of the defensive lines increased in situations where the ball bearer of the opposing team is at the edge of the penalty area, or even closer to the door.
• The distance between the defenders increased when a defender controlled by the Change position to cover a potential pull trajectory.
• Reduced the depth of midfielders controlled by the HITE that fall within the penalty area in the defensive phase.
