1917

The visual masterpiece 1917 by director Sam Mendes sends you on a deadly journey in the First World War: You accompany two soldiers on the Western Front, which are sent to warn a separate regiment from a trap. If you do not create the solo along the front, thousands of soldiers could die.

1917 is based on true events and conveys an unbroken proximity to the main characters, as the entire film seems to be shot in a single long shot. Apparently, because the sequences are nevertheless separated by invisible cuts.

Queen & Slim

Queen and Slim have their first date as they are stopped by a police car: the reason is a tiny speed crossing, which does not prevent the policeman from becoming gross. When the situation escalates, Slim shoots the policemen in Mergefin, whereupon the two are hunted as Cop killers in the country and in the media. They flee and will soon become the symbol of the trauma of the black community in the USA.
